While creating my account, i get message as my phone number is already in use?

If you are receiving an error message stating that your phone number is already in use, it’s possible that you’ve already registered for an RiaTicket account.So please go ahread and login with that number to proceed further. If you’ve never signed up for RiaTicket, please reach out to us at support@riaticket.com and provide details and let our support have a look and help you with next steps.

How can I delete my RiaTicket account?

Yes, it is possible! You can delete your account from the app or the web. Please follow the details given at Delete my RiaTicket account

How to use Purchased Tickets?

For Tickets purchased with Credit or Debit Card : Once you purchase a ticket using your credit / debit card, you will see a QR code and that QR code is your ticket and you can directly proceed to the gate for check-in. (No need to visit any counter for real physical ticket or anything).

How to create a RiaTicket Account?

You can create an account through the RiaTicket app using your mobile number. Once created, this mobile number can be used to login. You will get an OTP (your One-Time Code) on your registered mobile phone that is used as a password to log into your account.

How to validate or check in customers?

From the ticket seller, once you are logged in, you will see scan ticket link on home screen. Click on that screen. That will open your device camera (used as a scanner). Now you can Scan QR code shown by the customer for validation/check-in. NOTE: If a customer has purchased more than one ticket then you have to scan that same QR code multiple of times.

Where can I track sold tickets details i.e. amount of sold tickets, number of tickets sold etc.?

After you logged into your partner account, click on top left corner that will open a set of left menu items for your selection. Select "Report" menu from that list and you will details on amount of sold tickets, number of tickets sold etc.

How to Postpone and reschedule your event?

How to cancel Purchased Tickets?

Some of our service providers / partners / cinema provide cancellation of confirmed tickets and it will reflect under ‘My Tickets’ on the app/website. Amount to be refunded , after cancellation, varies depending on cancellation policy of that particular service providers / partners / cinema.

Unfortunately, if the ticket seller does not allow cancellation then you will no option to cancel your ticket.

How can request for refund on my card purchase?

If for whatever reason you are not happy with the service and/or your purchase then please reach out to support@riaticket.com to initiate your refund request. Riaticket support team will have a look at your request and respond back to you within 5-7 business days with next course of actions on refund request. NOTE: a) If refund is allowed by the ticket seller then ONLY you will get your refund back. b) If you open a dispute with your card company without reaching out to us then we will NOT entertain any refund request even if it is allowed by the ticket seller. So please make a note, you need to first let RiaTicket support team know about your refund request and wait for riaticket response before you proceed with any dispute. If you do NOT follow this process we will not process your refund.
